The Wine

‘The Gamay / Pinot Noir blend is bursting with flavours of red raspberries, boysenberries, violet florals, red liquorice, sage and kalamata olives. The palate is juicy and has soft sandy tannins with a mouth-wateringly fresh finish. Gamay – an up-and-comer in the Orange, NSW wine scene - can be served chilled, which is highly recommended. And, it’s perfect for a sunny day with a picnic basket and charcuterie in hand.’
